Kindergarten Preparation Tuition Program

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality Pre-Kindergarten Education, with an approach that provides parents with the peace of mind that their child is being prepared for Kindergarten. Take Off Learning Academy consists of a large learning space accommodating children aged 3-6 years. We are dedicated to providing a stimulating hands on learning environment, which is guided by the children’s current interests and development.

Our Kindergarten Tuition program runs from Monday to Friday and is designed to prepare your child for school. Our program is developed by experienced teachers .

We value the learning of fundamentals such as literacy, numeracy, creative arts, music, self-help skills, problem solving and investigation. We are dedicated to providing your child with the latest education techniques and the very best educational start.
Literacy & Numeracy (including NAPLAN)
Preparing You for Success
Literacy and Numeracy are fundamental skills each student requires to succeed at school. They are a valuable part of schooling. Our program allows for practising, extending and consolidating key literacy and numeracy skills that are needed by all students.
As part of our Literacy and Numeracy program, we also prepare students for the annual NAPLAN assessment for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. It is a point-in-time assessment that allows parents to see how their child is progressing against national standards in literacy and numeracy over time. NAPLAN is made up of tests in the four areas of: Reading, Writing, Language Conventions (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and Numeracy and can prove to be a stressful time for students and their families. This one-off assessment is now widely used in schools as an entrance benchmark especially into secondary education.
Our Literacy and Numeracy Program (including NAPLAN) intervention provides vital support for children who need to further develop key Literacy and Numeracy skills that are necessary for success in school and everyday life.
Homework Club
Get the help you need in the environment you deserve
Homework Club is operational from Monday - Thursday. The Centre will be available to any student from Years 1 to 10 wishing to complete assessment tasks, homework, study for upcoming examinations and extracurricular work.
Our Homework Club differs from After School Care Programs because the children access assistance from supervising staff members. Students enjoy the quiet area to complete their homework and studies independently and have access to seek support when they require academic assistance. Space is always reserved for young readers. When homework is completed for the required time, educational games and fun activities are an important component of celebrating a student's efforts.
The aim of our Homework Club is to provide a settled environment that establishes good homework and study routines, in turn, promoting student independence, in a fun and family friendly space.

School Holiday Program
Leave the school holidays to us... and your kids
At Take Off Learning Academy we offer an engaging social atmosphere where children continue to learn and develop during the school holidays.
Our specially designed sessions are tailored for children. Sessions are fun and interactive allowing the children to partake in a diverse range of activities, from the creative arts to coding, STEM activities and robotics, developing and supporting discovery and exploration.
Our sessions will run during the school break.
